Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! We come every year to Lakewood and this was our fist time at this house. The house had a lot of room but the only complaint I have is you can smell moldy water damage in both bathrooms. I wouldn't not say again due to the smell.

It’s in a lovely, quiet and well maintained little neighborhood. Comfortable and cozy and central to all the many amenities of Myrtle Beach. Loved the coffee shop at Lakewood, painting classes at the activity center and indoor heated pool and hot tub. Also loved the beautiful and comfortable deck. The rental agency LCR provides superior customer service. Loved it!!! Highly recommend!

Great Pet Friendly House with a FABULOUS Kitchen and Porch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to Lakewood many times over the past few years but never stayed in an LCR rental house - this was by far our best trip ever! This house is in a perfect location (easy walking distance to the trading post) and located on a quiet circle with very little traffic. The porch was AWESOME and had a gate at each exit that enabled my small dog to bask in the sun off the leash. We also really enjoyed the string lights at night; made a great hangout spot and had plenty of seating. The parking pad easily fit two large SUVs AND our “limo” length golf cart, and had an outlet right by the porch steps to charge the golf cart. Most of these homes scarcely have parking for one car and a golf cart, so that was great! The kitchen was very large and had a nice island (which is very hard to find in these tiny homes). We had a great time and I hope to stay there again soon!

Pros:-Close to Trading Post-Located on a quiet circle-SpaciousCons:-Mildew smell when walking in and in bathrooms is really bad.(Would not stay here again because of this)-Porch furniture unusable because of old cushions_Massive flies constant battle; not sure how they were getting in because we were very careful with door.
