Amazing Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo Crescent Sands @ Windy Hills

Enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean from your 5th floor private balcony in this 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo located in North Myrtle Beach. The Primary Suite has its own access to the balcony.

Located near many great attractions including: Barefoot Landing (1 mile), Cherry Grove Pier (7 miles), Broadway at the Beach (11 miles), Broadway Grand Prix (12 Miles) plus various local shops, golf courses, and restaurants.

Crescent Sands at Windy Hill has its own private beach access point to the popular and marvelous sands of North Myrtle Beach. The primary bedroom boast a king bed and access to its own private bathroom. Two twin beds finish out the second bedroom. The 2nd bathroom has hallway access as well as access from the second bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Property grounds feature private pool for condo guest use and a pavilion area for cooking-out. There is a private access point that will lead guests to the beach.

For your convenience, this unit has a washer/dryer. A full array of kitchen appliances both big and small are included.

Linens (sheets and bath towels) and starter paper products are included in the "Cleaning Fees".

Great getaway

Clean, comfortable rental with everything you need. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a great view. Located near shopping and restaurants. Communication was excellent.

Perfect getaway

This very quiet unit was immaculate, wonderful view of the beach from our balcony and out its many windows. The kitchen was very well equipped; we liked having a washer/dryer right inside the condo. Ample wash cloths and towels. Our host was very responsive when we had a technology question.

Great Place to Stay

Crescent Sands at Windy Hills is a great place to stay! The condo was very nice and it is located in a smaller complex. The pool area was extremely nice and the ocean….wonderful! If we weren’t at the pool or the beach, we were out on the large balcony! Restaurants and shopping were conveniently located. Yes, we plan on going back!

Everything you need in just the right place

We had a great beach week with two of our grandchildren. The condo is conveniently located and is well supplied. We were very comfortable. The beach is perfect for families. Beach access from the condo was quick and easy.

A great beach week

Totally enjoyed staying at this condo. It has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully supplied, the beds are very comfortable, there are little touches like paper products in the kitchen and bathroom to quickly settle in. The condo is very clean. Having stayed in this building many many times, I will rate this unit a 10. The owner is very responsive when contacted with a question. A very good place to rent.

Fantastic rental, all around

This condo is very nice and Exceptionally clean!!! If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of dishes, pans, utensils, etc, The view of the beach is perfect and communicating with the host John was very easy. I would definitely return and recommend the rental to friends.

This Condo was great! Very clean, Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Lots of towels. Washer /Dryer right in unit. Air Conditioning worked wonderful. Best part was a beautiful beach right outside our balcony and just a walk out to beach.

Fantastic start to summer!

This is a great property for a small crowd; we slept 5 comfortably. When we came in, everything was clean and inviting The kitchen is small, but incredibly well stocked and definitely all needs met for vacation dining ( even had a pizza cutter!). Lots of seating ( for 6) at table and 4 barstools. Beds are comfortable and clean. Ocean front view is dazzling ( with 2 seating areas on balcony) and neighbors were friendly. We will definitely rent here again ( but not during biker week!). Thanks John for offering a great property and being quick to respond to my inquiries.

North Myrtle Beach Condos

This charming two bedroom two bathrooms condo is located right on the beach. Adjacent to the condo entrance is a locked closed to store your beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and coolers. Condo was clean and fully stocked with pots, pans, diahes, glasses, etc. Nice and quiet building with various age tenants or visitors. Balcony is overlooking the ocean and has two seating areas. Lots of didnig options are near by as well as attractions. We will be back soon! We loved it.

Great location.. right on the beach!!

This is a really great location right on the beach. This area is not so busy and has a great beach for walking and body surfing. My family has been coming to this beach for around 35 years. This unit wasn't the nicest I have stayed at with a few things out of repair (missing tile grout, sliding doors not opening) and my biggest issue was that there was a moldy smell that I just couldn't tolerate. I think this was due in part to not changing the air filters. We actually ended up leaving early because a storm was coming, and I didn't want to be trapped inside with the smell and possible health issue associated with moldiness.

No trip ever goes off without a hitch but it’s how well the property manager handles issues. We arrive to a couple things, running toilet that would not flush and shower curtain and rod on the floor broken. John got back to me in about 5 mins and had someone out that first night. These are thing not in the manager’s control which I think some people forget. We could not have been happier with the property or the owner. Clean unit and John made sure our problems were addressed asap to ensure a great stay. Thanks again for everything John. We appreciate you sir! Rob H

Loved it!

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the condo was. That is the first thing I always look for and it did not disappoint. The view was fabulous and being on the 5th floor was perfect. The ocean was right in front of us but far enough away that you couldn't hear people on the beach. We could not have asked for a better view. As noted in the description of the condo, there were starter paper products and shampoo, conditioner and lotion. They were just sample sizes but enough to get you started if you have to get to the store if you didn't bring them. Lots of towels, wash clothes and hand towels. (actually could have been a few more hand towels but it was fine).There were plenty of paper products also , paper towels and toilet paper. It was just my husband and I, but there were plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware if you have more than people serve. We never cooked but if you do pots, pans etc. One night, it was a very windy and did not realize till the next day that a light from outside the bedroom blew off. We didn't even know there was a light out there and so we never used it. I emailed John and told him and he said he would have a handyman come out. Sure enough a couple days later, the handyman. Was there fixed it in 15 minutes and left. He was very nice and polite. Our king size bed was very comfortable and loved hearing the ocean all night. There is so much to do especially when you have kids and even if you don't. Great condo! Thank you John!

Wonderful getaway

John did an amazing job and have a wonderful ocean view place, condo was clean, comfortable beds plus washer and dryer in the unit , great location, I will definitely look forward to be back and book again. I highly recommend it , the host thoughtfully provided anything you could need .
