With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Nicely furnished

Beautiful view with Ray access to the beach. I loved how it was decorated (my style). Easy accessibility to enter the room and parking garage. There is plenty of room for SUV'S in all spaces. I like that a lot. To sum it up, I had a great time at my rental.

Broken Dryer

Location is awesome! Checking in was a long process. Went to wash clothes after a long day at the beach and the dryer was broken. Notified management, maintenance came and said a part had to be ordered. Management gave us $20 in quarters but had to go in next building to wash/dry all clothes and wait for machines. Check-out was still at 10am even after having to take 3 plus hours to get our clothes done.

Loved the view but that was it. The condo very dated, carpet gross and old. Just seemed dirty all around. Kitchen floor was slippery with something. Beds were awful, the dryer sounded like it was going to take off it was so loud like we were drying bowling balls. Not impressed

Awesome place to stay

Loved absolutely everything. Staff respectful, kind, extremely helpful. Most enjoyable atomosphere,surroundings beautiful, condo better than expected and felt like home for the time we spent here. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Myrtle Beach!!!!

Our stay.

It was a nice room layout and enough room for my family of 7. Unfortunately though there were underwear in the drawer from previous guest. Guest were smoking pot on the balcony and in the walkway to the elevators. The kitchen didn’t have basic things( paper towels, dishwasher tabs, drying rack for when you washed dishes). Sticky stuff was all over the floor in the kitchen. Just wasn’t too happy with certain things.
