Small space, nice view

The space was tight for a family of 4 with teenage kids. Tough to go a whole week without laundry with hot and humid weather, but nice to have a full kitchen. The portable fan saved us at night (heat wave was going on during our stay) and the beach umbrella/chairs were useful. The view was great and resort amenities were the best in the area. The host was very friendly & responsive.

That view!

The view in the pictures doesn't do the actual view justice. Spent half of the time on the balcony looking at the ocean. Water in every direction! Unit is small but was perfect size for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for the 3 nights we were there. Host was very friendly and responsive to a small issue we had, and we will definitely book this unit again if we go back to that area.

Location location location

The condo was clean and perfect for a couple or two friends as it is small but has everything you would need. The view excellent and close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Comfortable beach front location

This condo was a perfect location. The sunrises over the ocean were a beautiful beginning to each day. The beds were comfortable, and the property provided exactly what we wanted. Jen was a quick and accommodating communicator.

Nice little condo with an ocean view

Great view of the ocean, highly recommend. Everything we needed was available in the condo. The room was tidy and clean upon arrival. Communication with the owners was superb, couldn't have had a simpler check-in/out. Overall great trip, we'll be back.

My time at the condo.

I needed a place that was ocean front and away from the crowds. I came to play golf and walk the beach. The place was perfect for that... Convenient and Accessible. As a single traveler, I felt safe.

Nice stay overall, but under stocked

I enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean and view is amazing. My issue is the room is supposed to sleep up to 5 people. However, there was only 2 total rolls of toilet paper, no storage space, and 3 towels that was supposed to last the whole week. It just seems incredibly expensive to not have to worry about going to the store to buy towels and toilet paper. The owner was very responsive and had towels sent up the next day.

Overall great experience, would stay again!

This is my first experience dealing with an owner and not directly with the resort. Overall, it was a great experience. The owners were very responsive and receptive to any concerns or questions we may have had. The view is near perfect, the ease of arrival was surprisingly quick and easy and the resort was an older but very nice and well kept place. I would sit on the balcony at night after the pool was closed and noticed how diligently the caretaker would scrub every single step of one of the pools, not missing an inch. The vibe was nice too and we did not see some of the riff raff you would normally see further south Myrtle Beach...mostly retirees and families.

40th Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in this unit. The view was Wonderful but there was an odor in there. We brought fragrance jars to mask the odor. The garbage disposal did not work and we washed the dishes ourselves because there was standing water in the dishwasher. On the last day the water began to seep onto the floor and we used towels to remove the water from the dishwasher and the floor. We're not sure but maybe this was the reason for the odor. The unit was true to it's picture and well stocked. The property was well maintained and the people were very nice.

Everything was Great

I honestly have no complaints. Host was quick with any responses to questions we had. We arrived about an hour early, and the host was nice enough to grant us early entry, luckily because the cleaning crew was finished. Room was clean, plenty of outlets, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It had all necessary appliances, including a blender, slow cooker, and tons of cups, bowls, utensils, knifes, etc.. You dont need to bring anything for cooking. The closet had some sand toys, a cooler, some beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, and a net. Possibly a combination of the host and guests leaving them for the next guests. This is on the 9th floor thus giving plenty of ocean view but also far enoguh up to soften the pool crowd. The sofa bed was used, the mattress is comfortable for a young adult or child. It wouldnt be too comfy for an adult, but its a pull out sofa bed, understand that is the nature of a foldable mattress. Its a nice hard surface flooring throughout the condo. THe condo had a broom for sweeping the sand which is nice, since its imposible to keep sand out. Theres a guest book which was nice to read other peoples experiences and where they were visiting from. The next time our family vacation takes us to North Myrtle Beach area, i will definitely use this condo again. Great for the price.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed everything, except that the lock code didn't work at check-in. I would recommend renters get the host's cell phone number before arrival in case there were any check-in issues. Otherwise it was a great stay.
