"very spacious and comfortable. the view was amazing, right on the beach. walls are extremely thin though, you can hear everytime someone leaves their room. the door does a heavy slam anytime you shut it."

"Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful! Lazy river was unique and relaxing! Pool was nice and bar and seating area were fine! Very easy access to the boardwalk and the beach! The room was clean, updated and well taken care of! We would stay there again! Parking was an issue (like most places at the beach)! There are about 15 first come first serve spaces and 3 handicap parking spaces! There are 12 fifteen-minute drop-off and check-in spaces, (why 12 is a mystery)! Then there is a parking lot across the street that doesn't hold many cars (no handicap) with a bar next to it, so it seemed to always be full and had many cars with no hotel ID tags showing! (The hotel provides tags to identify who is permitted to park on their property) And in the next block was a small parking garage, and the next block was another small parking lot! So, prepare to walk a lot back and forth to the hotel from your parked car!"

"The staff was friendly. We checked in around 11p and I could tell the young lady was ready to go, but she was still friendly. We stayed in room 863 and the mattress was too firm. I did not like it and was sore each morning I got up. The room is oceanfront, and we had a very nice view. There was pieces of hair in the tub and on the toilet, but we definitely completed our own cleaning before getting settled in. It was overall a good experience, and I would come back."

"The staff here are amazing. Absolutely everyone I interacted with made me feel like I was never a bother and they cared. I was unusually clumsy and clunky this week because my oldest was leaving home when vacation was over, I tripped and spilled something every time I did anything and every time the staff acted like it was fine. Ordering from the room and the pool was super easy. We LOVED the breakfast buffet! It was beyond our expectations. We also enjoyed pizzas, drinks, and nachos from the in-house restaurants and was never disappointed. I’m a “beach nacho” snob and these were the best beach nachos I’ve had on the coast. I appreciated the coffee in the dining area/bar being available 24/7 and that oat milk was provided as well as the usual condiment choices. I had an Amazon order delivered during my stay and the front staff were great at receiving that and when I picked it (this has been an issues at other places). The room was clean and when I asked for new sheets (again I was super clumsy this week) someone came and changed them with no issue. I couldn’t get the safe to work initially and someone came and helped with that. I talked to a LOT of staff members this trip and everyone I talked to made me feel better about anything I asked, said, or did. The pool and water slides were enjoyable. My toddler was excited to see the slides even though he never tried them (too small). Great break from the beach! My family will stay here again."
