Villa Avra is a modern and a new built 115 sq. m. house, with huge common pool, located in Panorama Seafront Homes II apartments’ complex.
A small complex of homes, set only a few metres from the sea. Panormos village (400meters away) is in walking distance where you can find all you may need during your holiday like mini markets, bakery, restaurants and sandy beaches of course!
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) two full bathrooms with shower cabin and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area (with 2 sofas which one of them can be transformed into double bed) and two armchairs, offering access to a great private balcony with lawn garden, trees and herbs and a shaded dining area overlooking at the sea.
Additionally, the apartment complex has 3 shared but spacious swimming pools of about 700sqm in total and depth from 1.40 to 1.60 m , with a shallow compartment of 0.5-0.6, made especially for children, with pleasant surroundings, including sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
