"This is a special, peaceful and relaxing place. Vasily is an attentive host and gave us plenty of great recommendations for places to visit locally. He was proud to share his Cretan history and eco-farming techniques with us. We thoroughly recommend his farm tour. We ate our breakfast and evening meals at Dalabelos, enjoying the home grown and locally sourced food, beautifully prepared by Maria. Overall, this is a lovely spot for people looking for a peaceful and restorative place to stay...

"Prima locatie, privacy is heel goed, het ligt echt net buiten de dropjes. Appartementen waren voorzien van zeer goede airco's ('s nachts soms te koud zelfs!) Weinig bemoeienis van de verhuurder, wel was hij 'onzichtbaar' vaak aanwezig in de vroege ochtend om het zwembad schoon ter maken bv. Verhuurder stond wel altijd klaar om ons te helpen. Hij heeft zelfs geholpen om een transfer terug te regelen naar het vliegveld. Ook de laatste dag ging het vlucht in de avond en wij konden nog de gehele dag...

The food is extremely tasty and varied. Many thanks to the cook. There was always hot water, the rooms were constantly cleaned .We are very satisfied with our vacation at Village Stone.
