"Arrived in early evening from a long travel day from USA, the apartment was easy to find and we let ourselves in. Simple clean accomodations. Good wifi. Note: there is sharp edge at threshold to bathroom... watch your step! Kitchen needs a power strip for outlet for coffee maker and hotwater pot. A few coffee filters would have been nice. Otherwise all was good."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION...EVER!!! The owner double booked his house in August 2025 and when we arrived to check in, another family was there. He didn't care that he double booked it and we had to find another place to stay at 10 pm at night in a country we don't live in. He didn't care and now will not even refund us for the payment when we didn't even stay there. Absolutely unacceptable for a family of four to be displaced because of his negligence. And we're equally disappointed in Expedia...

"Une maison "bateau" très originale et fonctionnelle. Un accueil de qualité, une piscine magnifique. Manolis est un hôte accueillant, nous avons eu droit à une omelette lors de notre premier petit dejeuner et un repas avec des spécialités pour tous les hôtes de ses maisons. Un moment inoubliable qui restera gravé dans nos esprits. Si vous cherchez un logement pas loin de Matala, allez-y les yeux fermés !!!!!"
