Unforgettable Stay

We were unsure with how we would enjoy it not being directly on the beach, but it worked perfectly. The area is perfect. The hotel staff was unbelievably helpful. The ladies at the front desk took care of anything you needed and were very kind. The hotel owner is very friendly and approachable which was nice to have. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back.

Lovely stay

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed here 6 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The bed however is a little on the hard side. It is located very near to Ornos beach and town. Very easily accessible to restaurants and the main town of Mykonos.

The hotel was in a great location... walking distance to beach. Staff were above and beyond amazing and helpful. I was very relaxed at the resort. Not the resort for you if you want to party.

Amazing location if you are seeking a relaxed vacation away from busy areas. Close accessibility to bus stations, restaurants, shops, and beaches in Ornos. Everything I had from their restaurant (Aleka's) was amazing and was definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Mykonos.

Helpful staff

Very nice, air conditioned rooms with a beautiful pool area. Breakfast was include and is served by the pool. Restaurant available for other meals with excellent food and service. Hotel staff was very helpful. Within walking distance of beach or bus to town.

A pleasent stay.

The vibe of the Property is very homely. All amenities are there. Bus stop is very close by. Ornos beach is the only beach which is the best for swimming in Mykonos, is very close by. Breakfast was very good and complete. Rooms need modern revamping. Owner running property.

E’ stata una vacanza da relax totale. Le camere bianchissime con le tipiche imposte azzurre si affacciano sulle colline di Mykonos e sulla piscina dell’albergo. Attorno alla piscina una zona relax con sdraie e letti con materasso confortevole, un bar aperto dalle 11 a mezzanotte, un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo, cucina tipica greca e club sandwich ad ogni ora del giorno. La colazione è abbondante. Il personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente. L’albergo si trova a 5 minuti a piedi della spiaggia di Ornos e 7 minuti a piedi dal pullman che ci porta in centro. Una vacanza indimenticabile. Albergo da raccomandare.

Our stay at the Yiannaki was amazing. The staff was unbelievably polite and prompt. The restaurant and the pool were great amenities and it’s a very short walk to Ornos Beach.

Nice property in Ornos

I found our stay at the Yiannaki Hotel to be pleasant. The grounds are excellent, with the pool area being especially beautiful. It was lovely to sit in the sun beside the pool, drinking a cocktail. The location is decent, being a short stroll from Ornos Beach. Before arriving in Mykonos, I had planned to walk a lot on the island. It is not advisable to walk on the island roads, as the they are exceptionally narrow and can be dangerous for pedestrians with buses screaming by. This made Ornos itself a bit inconvenient, as to get anywhere I needed to take a bus (which was OK, just not what I had planned). The service at Yiannaki was excellent. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, offering advice on anything we were interested in. One thing that disappointed me was the breakfast. I could tell that the hotel did not take pride in their breakfast service, they just seemed to offer it because it was an expectation of guests. They did not make enough food in a timely enough manner to serve guests properly. I arrived right when the doors opened one morning and there were six fried eggs for the 20 people in the room. A bit disappointing. Likely the kitchen was understaffed the time I was there (October). All that being said, I would still go back and recommend to others, it was a nice hotel, especially for the price I paid in October. Next time, I would rent a car while there and be able to explore the island more fully.

Very accommodating!

We travelled in Mid August with a group of 18 people. The hotel staff were accommodating to our every request and were extremely helpful in making recommendations for dining, activities, etc. The transfer to and from the hotel to the airport was exceptional! We enjoyed quiet drinks by the pool with the hotel owner. We had read a slogan there to the effect of "come as a guest and leave as a friend" and it is true! after only a couple days, we felt so comfortable with the accommodation and the staff.

Amazing hotel with great staff

We loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was brilliant, nicely tucked away but 5 min walk to ornos beach. The view from our lovel room was looking across to the bay. Fantastic staff and facilities. Will definitely be back . Top man Yanni !
