Luxury Villa “Thea” is approx. 60sqm. It is built with hand-cut and fitted stone, ceilings of wooden beams and natural materials. Guests can enjoy the privacy this property has to offer, relax in the sunny veranda overlooking the sea and admire the stunning sunset view.
Luxury villa “Thea” has an open-plan living room/dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and one comfortable sofa in the living room. In the upper level you will find a second double bed with private access to a balcony with magnificent view.
The outdoor space has a unique sea view overlooking the sunset, a pergola, a dining table and comfortable built-in sofas.
Luxury villa “Thea” also provides a one-car parking spot.
Upon request we are able to offer also accommodation for larger groups offering up to 4 independent housing units, ideal for up to 16 people combined.
