The location of the property was amazing! Has incredible view of the whole beach and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available right on the beach. The pool was beautiful and the room was nice and clean. The food was good (breakfast included, you just order what you want from their menu!) and the staff was very nice and helpful. This has to be the best hotel on the beach.

The concerning service was out of this world. From the moment we got there to the minute we left the front office staff and the conversation took amazing care of us. They arranged any and everything we needed. They did all the thinking and doing for us. All we had to do was relax and enjoy Mykonos Island. The restuarant breakfast was how European hotels use to be. We could order anything on the menu and it was invluded in the price. Food was delicious!. Finally, Angelo the conceriage wii take care of you. It is world class service.

We ended up having an absolutely wonderful stay and left Mykonos feeling genuinely grateful for how well the hotel looked after us. Our stay didn’t begin exactly as expected, but what impressed us most was the way the team responded. They listened, took our concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. From that point forward, they made such an effort to ensure we were comfortable and happy, and that level of care completely changed our experience. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we wanted in Mykonos. Our room was gorgeous, the setting was stunning, and it was the perfect place to come back to after days spent exploring the island and enjoying the beaches. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the people. The staff were warm, thoughtful, attentive and genuinely invested in making sure we had a special experience. Their hospitality felt personal rather than transactional, and we truly appreciated how much effort they put into making our stay memorable. It is easy to judge a hotel when everything goes perfectly. What says far more is how a team responds when something doesn’t, and this team handled it beautifully. By the end of our stay, we felt completely taken care of. We left with wonderful memories of Mykonos and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stayed and Angelo made everything so easy, he is extremely helpful and gave us a lot recommendations and made reservations for us at restaurants. The breakfast was really good, having the beach chairs included was a plus, the location its close by a lot of beach clubs. Overall we will definitely come back again.

Without doubt the staff were the finest, friendliest and most helpful we've ever experienced in the many years of travelling. The hotel is boutique, 21 rooms, so don't expect resort amminaties, but experience personal and attentive service throughout your stay. Everything you want or need from Mykonos is only a short walk away. We will return for sure.

This was the second time my group returned to Thalassa and it exceeded our expectations once again! Angelos & Alex were always helpful and provided recommendations and costas went above and beyond and made our experience on the beach amazing every single day. Thalessa is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are pretty clean and quiet. the service is great. Angello and his friends did a great job and did everything they could to make our stay special.
