This beautiful property is located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, walking distance from the beach and can host up to 11 guests with special arrangements. As a part of a complex of autonomous villas, it combines traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences.

The ground level hosts the living room, a full equipped open kitchen and the dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with view to the sea. The underground level hosts three more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.

The villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.

Great Stay at the Villa

Awesome impression of the days spent at the Villa! Clean, neat and cozy with everything we needed to enjoy. Alex was a great host to meet all our needs. Communication is perfect and immediate. Alex helped with transfer bookings to meet from and to airport and else. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Quiet Property

The property is absolutely amazing. Alex was a superb host and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. It's on the South of the island and away from downtown Mykonos. It was a 2km from a local grocery store and pharmacy. I would also highly recommend you rent a car to drive around unless you just want to stay local. Alex also had some basics in the house for us like coffee, sugar, olive oil, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villa and lovely host

We stayed at Villa Lucia for 5 nights in August 2018. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely pool, outdoor BBQ and 4 bedrooms. It's in a nice quiet location so I'd recommend a car to get around. Alex did give us a number of a local taxi (with 10 seater car I think) who was able to take us where ever we wanted. Alex was the perfect host - any questions answered very quickly and couldn't have done more for us. We also booked private chef and catamaran through Alex. Both of which were incredible and would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Mykonos.
