We stayed in the Residences 2Bd it was amazing. The pool didn't heat up, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was 1-star, too many flies, they had nets, but people were not covering the food back up. The receptionist, I believe her name was Tricia, is very communicative, warm, and inviting. Their service was excellent, we had a great time there, and I would definitely recommend it and return.
