"Wifi only made it intermittently to room. No introduction to facilities and services beyond which room key was mine so was left guessing. Was told dinner would be available to guests (restaurant on site) but then nothing on offer, with the place deserted except for folks in the bar who gave a pintxos with my glass of wine.
