La résidence est bien entretenue mais l'appartement pas suffisamment (trous dans les murs, plinthes cassées humidité et cloques aux plafonds, canapé en mauvais état, peu de rangement dans les chambres, et de couverts...). Les lits et matelas sont impeccables et la superficie de l'appartement correcte. Heureusement la piscine est TOP, plus la place de parking sécurisée. Il n'y a auncun commerce ni activité aux alentours et il faut tout le temps prendre la voiture.
