"I booked this as had an early flight, booked half board.arrived at hotel directed to parking all info given and i asked for a kettle and got one. Evening meal was a choice of 3 starters main and pudding all excellent. I used the sauna which was nice clean and hot.as i was leaving so early before breakfast they did a breakfast box which was very nice. Ordered at reception.overall a great hotel"

"Joel was excellent in every way. From first day till last, we will return. Was very quiet area but too residential with not much around. We were ok as wanted relax chill holiday. Lovely beach 10 min walk "

"Yolanda treated us very well; inclusive, she actually loaned us her public transportation card to travel to nearby towns. Also, our room was very clean and spacious too. We will definitely stay there when we return to Alicante, Spain. "

"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning breakfast in a bag was needed but no one did it for us but It doesn't matter but just be careful that people understand what you ask for. But we would love to come back was very happy. "
