Pros- decent sized room, with plenty of amenities inside, good level of cleanliness. Bed was very firm, which I like, so I slept like a log. St Mary's Quarters
I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call ...
