"My room was great. Everything worked accept a few lights and the stove. I had requested maintenance but they never came. So didn't end up cooking on the stove. Just used microwave. It was in a great location with many shops and near by restaurants, so that was nice. Friendly cleaning staff. I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again next time I am in Vaasa again."

"Spotless room, excellent parking and food The room was exceptionally clean and in very good shape. It has clearly been renovated recently. The underground parking deserves a special mention. It is spacious, the bays are large and easy to park in, and it is the best-lit hotel car park I have ever used. Check-in was thorough, friendly and quick. The Trattoria restaurant was very nice, the food was excellent, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. A very nice hotel."
