- This unique place has a style all its own. The view cannot be beat. Wake up with coffee and wind down with a glass of wine and watch the sunset, boaters, bikers, and people fishing on the pier. It is truly something special to experience. This is a newly built condo building with some floors still being built out. This unit is on the penthouse top floor where all units are finished.
