The Leonard Luxury Apartments combine modern city living with waterfront views to give you the ultimate upscale, urban, lifestyle. This completely furnished 2-bedroom luxury apartment with private terrace features modern design with premium finishes and great city views of Downtown Muskegon. With 2 bedrooms (1 King / 1 Queen), 2 baths and 1290 square feet, this apartment is roomier than most two bedrooms. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes 3 sofa beds for added guests (apartment sleeps 10 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in each bedroom and living room. Onsite parking is available right behind the building.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The unit was very clean and well stocked. There is a coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and an ice cream shop all conveniently located within the building.

Gorgeous place, amazing views

Very nice, clean place, easy check in and seamless process overall. Views were great, loved the night illumination and snow covered streets below while we stayed warm and comfy. Will be back next month and surely many more to come.

Great location for being in the center of activity in downtown Muskegon. We could walk everywhere even in the bitter cold of Winter Storm Gerri! The condo was comfortable checked all the boxes. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great time at this luxury apartment :) The balcony was a super nice feature. Lots of windows and had a nice spacious feel. Nicole made it easy throughout the whole process. It was within walking distance of restaurants which was really nice. A short drive to Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan beaches. Definitely recommend!

The condo is right in the middle of what has become a very cool place to be - downtown Muskegon. We were able to walk to so much. The condo was extremely clean and the layout was great. Loved the huge walk-out balcony!

5 out of 5 Stars I had an incredible stay at the Cityscape Apartment w/ Terrace - Leonard Luxury Apartment! The location is perfect, with easy & safe access to many restaurants & shops, all within walking distance. The apartment itself is well-maintained & felt secure, which made me feel right at home. Parking was hassle-free with plenty of space available, which is a rare find in the city. The spacious terrace with stunning views was an added bonus, making this the perfect place for both comfort & convenience. Highly recommend!

Work Trip

This was a perfect place to stay for my work trip. Great location. The apartment is at the end of a road where there’s a lot of options of entertainment and food in walking distance. It’s not far from the water as well and a small park. The area felt very safe. I will be staying here again. Only negative was the bedroom was very hot in the night if the door was closed. I would recommending bringing a fan to sleep with.

Amazing property in an amazing spot!

This place did not disappoint at all. Nicole was wonderful to work with. The entire place sparkled when we entered. The beds were so comfortable. Although we did not use the balcony because of the time of year, it only added to the place. Both mornings it snowed and the huge windows provided amazing views. I will be back.

This place was Amazing

I stayed here with my family for a weekend getaway. This place was so much bigger than I expected- a lot of times photos make it look bigger than it is, but this was the opposite- the condo was much more spacious than it looks in the listing. There were amazing views from the outdoor balcony patio and rooftop sitting areas. Laundry in the unit was very helpful; and the downtown area was perfect with coffee and ice cream right downstairs, and great restaurants just down the street. We also spent a bit of time at Pete Marquette beach and Hoffmaster state park; both just a quick 15 minute drive to some beautiful Lake Michigan views. We’re already planning to book here again for next year!

Beautiful Space

We rented this unit to walk to Heritage Landing for a multi-day festival. It was a beautiful space, enough room for all 5 of us. Walking distance to great little shops, Heritage Landing, many nice restaurants and much more! Property manager is extremely easy to reach for any need/question. There could've been more on site parking avaliable for people traveling with more than one vehicle, but it's workable. Also, this building still has some new construction going on, that got loud at times, but again, dealable. Overall it was a beautiful unit, good location and we would stay here again!

1st Class All The Way

Location! Location! Location! I loved the downtown town area & lakeshore view! There’s great restaurants, night life, shopping, farmers market, you name it it’s there within walking distance. Exceptionally clean, very cozy comfortable & modern. I loved everything about this apartment comfortable beds beautiful decor I love the artwork throughout the building. The host was very attentive to all our needs and responded expeditiously.. The rooftop was so beautiful and relaxing. I wish it stayed open all night long. That would have definitely been my late night spot.! All I can say is Watch Muskegon Go! This will be my go to spot the next time I’m home!

Tranquil Oasis in Muskegon

We typically spend our summer and winter holidays in Muskegon with friends and family, but this time around, we opted to stay in our own place. Choosing the Leonard for our stay turned out to be a fantastic decision—it felt like a slice of heaven! The check-in and checkout process was seamless, the apartment was tastefully furnished, and the atmosphere was wonderfully quiet at night. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of strolling downtown for both dinner and exercise. While our experience was mostly positive, a minor hiccup involved a dog from the unit above barking for a few hours during one of our quiet afternoons. Fortunately, the property manager promptly addressed the issue. Another small suggestion would be to enhance the mood lighting; the overhead bright lights were a bit much. Additionally, the bathroom vanities were on the smaller side. Despite these minor points, our overall stay at the Leonard was delightful, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Location, location, location!!

This rental was very comfortable, pretty, well laid out and spacious, and was well equiped for all that we needed! To be honest, the number one reason we chose this particular spot, was because of the outside patio area, which we used most all day/night! 5 stars all the way EXCEPT we had an unfortunate situation with the patio door.....we were locked out of the rental with no phones or any way to call for help when we stepped out to check out the view....the door closed automatically and locked behind us!! We were trapped outside with no way to get help!! Everything was inside the rental with no way to get back in! We yelled down to passersby but no one could hear us...we were panicked, and it was getting dark outside. The problem happened because there was NO MENTION OF THIS DOOR OR WHERE A KEY WAS TO IT IN THE RENTAL INFO!!! Or, we would've been prepared and it would not have happened. Thank God, my husband remembered he had his Life Alert button with him in his wheelchair! Our lives were not in danger and we did not have a medical emergency, but it was our only hope to get back inside our rental, so he pushed the button, we explained, they called the police department, the police called the fire department, and yup...you guessed it....the grand fire department came with their big firetruck to rescue us! Talk about a relief!! Although we were embarrassed and stressed, we were saved and all was well from that moment on!! Please add this info for your guests!
