"Room spotless. Staff very friendly. Food amazing. More entertainment options would be nice. For example, someone to engage the audience during dance night at the bar and draw them to dance. No one was dancing on the dance floor. There were a couple.of flies in our room which was annoying while trying to sleep. Some kind of fly control mechanism in our rooms would be good. Other than that, relaxing stay and staff escorted us to omdepartyre area at airport after our stay, which was super helpful."

"Super clean, modern, and the food is the most amazing we have ever had. The service is exceptional. Excursions are pricy in usd but you can snorkel , kayak, etc for free. Dont forget water shoes. No night life, one dj with drinks at the bar but you dont come here to party , its a very relaxing vacation. Up early, sleep early. Beautiful waters. I would 100% return. "

"Our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Deluxe Overwater Villa with Pool was absolutely fantastic and truly memorable. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. The airport pickup was extremely smooth — the Taj team was already present before we arrived, handled our luggage, and escorted us to the speedboat that took us to the island without any hassle. Check-in was quick and effortless, and we were assigned a dedicated staff member who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and took care of every requirement promptly. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team — their service was simply exceptional. Every time we stepped out of the villa and returned, the room felt like it was prepared fresh for day one. This happened multiple times a day, and honestly, I’m still amazed at how perfectly they managed it. The entire stay was truly relaxing. Not even for a single moment did we face any issues or feel the need to follow up on anything — everything was handled proactively and with genuine care. "I had a wonderful stay at the Jen Maldives. The room was met expectations of a high standard hotel. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed, but they were attended to immediately i.e., a TV not working. The staff stood out as being very attentive and supportive. At breakfast the head of staff, Riyaz, made time to speak with me and give me some encouraging thoughts about Male, which re-assured me regarding things such as safety etc. This encouraged me to go out and explore Male, which I may not have been so keen to do otherwise. The housekeeping staff were also fantastic, such as Shani, who were constantly polite and made the room up really well. The staff are consistently respectful and helpful, with those at the desk helping make important phone calls when needed, and assisting regarding transfers and any other advice required. The food was really good, which the restaurant having a really good selection and varying prices. It was also good to use the gym and to relax by the pool. Overall, I would recommend staying at the JEN and would be happy to stay there again!"
