"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "KOMANEKA resort is right on the beautiful Keramas beach and the environment is spacious and restful - it has a very soulful vibe away from the bustle of Canggu and Ubud. We loved watching the waves breaking onto the black sand from our private villa and walking along the beach to Komune at low tide. The staff were amazing and we felt truly at home. Definitely worth a visit, particularly if you are heading to Padang Bai harbour for a fast ferry to the Gili islands line we were. It was beautiful."
