"A lovely place to stay! We loved the back story of the white stag. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Parking is behind and under the hotel. "
"Die Zimmer sind super schön! Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber!!
Der Service beim Essen ist verbesserungsfähig. Es kommt aber auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter an. In manchen Bereichen wurde nicht wirklich das Geschirr abgeräumt.
Kein Fisch zum Frühstück. Sonst aber gut.
Abendessen wird ständig aufgefüllt und lecker!"
"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount!
Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...
"Rigtig pæn og ren lejlighed. Sengene var meget behagelige (også sovesofaen). Der manglede dog nogle større knive (brødkniv mm.) i køkkenet, men det er også det eneste “negative” omkring hele lejligheden. Parkeringen var nem og gratis, med parkering lige ude foran. Kan kun anbefales. "

"Very nice hotel in placed 5 min from town center. The view to the castle is magnificent and the hotel is superb. Very nice staff and a fine pool area. If we come this way again we are sure to check in.

"This apartment was perfect for our group. The location is a 5-minute walk from the old downtown with shops and restaurants, and on a quiet street. The place is comfortable and well furnished, updated well while keeping the architectural beauty of the half-timbered home. This was my first time renting a place in Germany, and the key things to note for others would be to reserve a parking place in advance with the host's help, and check that the heating for the home and water is turned on when you arrive. Also, the town requires guest registration that provides you with coupons and bus passes.The view from the windows is great too."

"The beds are quite comfortable and amenities as advertised. The apartments were very clean and tidy. Our tall guests had to be very careful entering and exiting due to the short doors, but our access to the village was perfect and we had a delightful time in Wenigerode !"
