"It was a perfect 7 night stay in Wroclaw.A excellent location 2 minutes from the main old town square. Our Junior suite was in a quiet part of the hotel on the 6th floor - no noise heard at all. The breakfast was amazing with multiple choices and cut your own freshly baked artisan bread. Our room was serviced every day without us even requesting it. Teas and coffees ,instant and pods , replenished every day. Cleanliness was A1, staff all very polite and respectful.Loved it , 5 stars from us."
"I had one night at the hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The temperature was exactly right. The hotel is well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was very comprehensive and the food excellent. My only niggle was with the restaurant which was clearly having a bad night. With just four tables occupied and a limited menu, I ordered a burger and fries and was told there would be an hours wait. It arrived after about 30 minutes and the fries were cold, The burger was average and certainly not worth the price charged. A colleague also had problems in that he was charged for two tables food and it took an hour for them to sort it out. Clearly not acceptable. I will certainly use this hotel when next in Opole but will look outside for a restaurant"
"Beautiful hotel in converted historic building. Renovation done to a very high standard. Room was ample and with great amenities, which completed luxurious feel. All was pristine. Staff were very helpful and friendly."
"I am deeply disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Blu Wroclaw. For a 5-star property, the experience was sub-standard, and I will not be returning.
Upon arrival, I was assigned an unrequested accessible room. When I questioned this, the front desk staff were dismissive, offering a "take it or leave it" attitude because the hotel was full. This set a very poor tone. The room itself suffered from obvious maintenance and quality control failures: the shower rail was loose and repeatedly fell off, the number '8' on the safe was broken (making it completely untrustworthy), and it lacked standard 5-star amenities like a shaving mirror.
I chose not to raise these issues on-site because the initial check-in process was so laborious and unwelcoming. I had no desire to waste my personal time highlighting their deficiencies, nor did I want the intrusion of maintenance staff in my room to fix things that should have been checked before my arrival.
Both check-in and check-out were tedious and slow. The entire experience left such a bad taste that I actively avoided using any hotel facilities. I didn't spend a penny in the hotel, choosing instead to get up and leave first thing every morning to spend my time and money in Wrocław. A 5-star hotel should not rely on its guests to act as maintenance inspectors. Far from a luxury experience."
"Excellent hotel. The decor in the room was a little bashed and battered but the bathroom brand new and spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and the breakfast was great, lots of choice which is unusual these days with a breakfast included in the price. Really enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the noise of the trams outside. However, it didn’t wake me at night so no problem really."
