"What a cozy little beach house! The kitchen is well stocked, even with coffee pods. We loved the back patio and hot tub. Just a short walk to the beach in a quiet spot in Pacific Beach. It is close to the main road, but we didn’t notice traffic noise. The host was very accommodating and communication was great!"

"Beautiful views. Gorgeous views- what can one say when the beach & ocean is right there. Host & her team were available. Access via the rock steps from the home to the grass path leading to beach was a bit challenging for one senior in our group of 8 but it worked. Well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home. We wrote in the journal and hope to be back. There are lovely writings in journals back to 2009."

"I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Property was excellent, glad to see they fixed a couple of minor issues we had in our previous stays. Communication was excellent, great responsiveness when I texted regarding a dead racoon on the side of the road in front of the property, it was removed quickly. Great for people with dogs, the backyard has improved, the grass has grown in and not patchy like years past. Clean, smelling good from the moment we stepped in. Well equipped everything from the kitchen to enough towels in the baths and enough pellows in the bedrooms. It was great, and we will come again next year. Thank you for a perfect vacation week. Ion"

"We had a great time! The house has everything you'd need and is a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the beach. The host was accomodating and answered questions quickly. This place isn't the top of our list the next time we plan to stay in Pacific Beach!"

"This was our second stay here. The place is just great. It is quiet, private, has great beach access and is extremely well equipped. Although they allow pets, the furniture is covered in slip covers that were scrupulously clean for both of our stays. The fireplace works, views from everywhere, two great decks. The kitchen is well equipped with spices, decent pans, a coffee maker that works for drip or Keurig pods. Check in was easy, check out with minimal work. Quite private. A ten minute drive to a full service grocery store in Seabrook, restaurants even closer. We will come back."
