Turned off the TV using the buttons on the back. The next morning I told the same girl it did not work. That evening. No remote replacement. Checked out the next day. Still no replacement remote. I have been staying in this motel for 27 years. There has almost always been a problem of some kind. But it is located near my work. The beds are comfortable."
