"We traveled with our two teen daughters and two small dogs. The view from our room, "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Corner" was very large, clean and comfortable. the view was wonderful. The room was in fair condition. some of the windows were either very dirty on the outside or had a broken seal that caused condensation to get between the pains. We booked a Studio Suite: 2 Queens for our girls. Their view was of a wall a few feet from their window. The breakfast was just okay but on the poor end of the range of average for this level of hotel. Staff was very nice. "

"Housekeeping doesn’t come unless asked. They only came once during our 5-night stay (only after I asked them to) and did a poor job. One member of the front desk staff was also very rude to me (the rest were very kind). The bathroom light didn’t work. The sheets and duvet were too thin for my liking. On the positive side, the room was very spacious, the location was pretty good, and we had a wonderful view"

"There is construction next to the hotel that starts at 6:30 am which when you arrive from Los Angeles means is 3:30 am. Had to sleep both morning on the cold marble floor in the bathroom and the hotel made no gestures after many complaints. The worst experience. Not good to stay at all and definitely for that money ! "

"My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff."
