"The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. They could have offered a discount because we had room that smelled but they were not inclined when asked. In addition the staff member we spoke to about the smelly room kept conveniently forgetting about the issue and telling...

"Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property is nice and very modern. It is centrally located in a great area with shopping. They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company. Part my fault for not reaching out before we arrived but they should have...
