"I luv coming to The Hilton Atlanta & They Attended To What My Problem Waz & Fix It !"

"The staff were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Hotel is in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to the Aquarium and the World of Coke and to local restaurants like Hard Rock without any issues during the day. The hotel room was a bit musty smelling but I think it just needs an update and the carpet needs to be replaced with hardwood of some kind to help with smell. The beds were comfortable and it was helpful to have a sitting area since we were there for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay overall and would go back."

"Nothing beats Southern hospitality and the Embassy Suites tops my list. The staff were amazing. The accommodations exactly what we needed. My only ding is that i really wanted biscuits and gravy in the breakfast line up. With the exception of the made to order omelets, the breakfast was very close to what you can get at other hotels. "

"We got to the hotel and was informed that there was no AC or water by the valet service. We asked for self parking and the valet informed us of the wrong directions. We get to the parking deck and the smell of weed on the elevator was overwhelming and awful. We check in leave for a while. When we come back we turn all the faucets on for a long time per their instructions, and the water doesn’t get hot. One of our travelers tries to get in the shower and the ground is so slippery she falls and almost gets a concussion (we are fairly young so shouldn’t be an issue we run into.) We go downstairs for an unrelated reason, and the front desk is telling people that there is no hot water, they don’t know when it is going to be back on. We go to sleep and leave the next morning. We come back and everything is back up and fine so we go to bed. At 4 in the morning we are awaken by a carbon monoxide sensor going off in the room beside us. We go down to the front desk to inquire and the dude doesn’t understand us. He asked if we wanted another room (we said no), he called the room?, asked us if it was a noise complaint?, and just said he would call security and just waved us away. We were scared there was an actual issue with the carbon monoxide so we left at 5 in the morning. At the beginning of the stay they took a 50$ security deposit. It’s been over a week and it’s still pending on my bank account. You can’t call them they never answer. And their service is awful. Do not go here "
