"This is a beautiful historic property. The instructions to get inside were clear though I had a bit of an issue finding the key card slot - it was placed outside the hallway entry which confused me. AC worked and they were reasonably responsive to any requests I made. Allowed me to leave my bags after check out so I could explore more before heading to my next destination."

"Stefano was an excellent host,from picking us up at the train to helping us to call a cab upon our departure. I have never had a better host. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. We had everything we needed from wine in the fridge (12 and 18 dollars a bottle) to coffee for our morning. Pride of ownership is evident in this unit. I hate to mention all of this given the next time I try to book a stay in Arezzo, Stefano’s place will be booked.Stefano thank you for everything.Joc & Colin"

"We had an amazing experience! To start, the accommodations were an actual work of art! Stephano spent years lovingly restoring it to a masterpiece. Next, we took a cooking class where we had a ball making eggplant, ravioli, tiramisu, etc. It was so fun and delicious and we had enough food to eat for the rest of our stay! Finally, we went on a wine tour with Stephano that was so special because we could experience the day with a local! We are hoping to return and stay for longer! It’s a great place to stay and experience Tuscany! Love love love this place!"

"We had such a wonderful stay in Arezzo. The property was in a great location, just a few steps away from everything. Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was good :) We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city."
