"Parking is terrible, there is construction everywhere around the hotel. The staff was friendly. My room did not have towels big enough to take a shower, I had stay at this property 2 times prior, this time we had no soap, body wash, nothing. Will not come back even though the price is ok"

"An exceptionally busy and well established hotel in Times Square. It moved like a well oiled machine, the staff were exceptional and our room was perfect for our needs with very comfortable beds. If you want to be in the middle of NYC hustle and bustle, I would recommend. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. I did not realize there was a local usage tax of $40 per night for stays in Manhattan, but Sheraton made up for that with $35 a night voucher for their restaurant. The salmon, gnocchi were both excellent and the wait staff so nice. They remembered my order from previous day. The location can not be beat. I will return! "

"Room was clean and looked new. Bathroom was spotless. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good and smelled wonderful. When we arrived, room temp was too warm, called the desk and they said someone would come adjust the temperature. No one came to change it. Left the window open the entire to help cool it down. "

"Pros&Cons are the location. If you book a room with a view of the city, it’s fantastic! If you’re looking for a convenient location close to an mta station, I would keep looking. After long walks sightseeing around the city, it’s still over 10 minutes walk (not 5 minutes as others might suggest) from subway. I should’ve done my own research before booking a none refundable 3 nights stay. The bed was comfortable but the room service didn’t provide enough blankets (for the room with a futon), towels, shampoo, body wash, etc unless you asked and the climate control is kind of wacky. We were woken up because it got too hot or too cold (stayed during spring). I probably should’ve asked for instructions but I’ve stayed in so many hotels over the years, that I thought that I had it figured out each night before bed. The view is amazing tho."
