"Rooms are big for NYC standards. Eclectic rooms fitting the boutique vibe, small balcony with a bistro set and updated bathrooms. We would stay again. We got to the property about 11 am and was informed check in is at 2.30pm. They said they had rooms but early check fee is $80 or they could store our bags and we could come back after 2.30. Not used to paying for early check in, but somewhat typical NYC. Front staff was efficient. 2 bottles of water and a big refrigerator were in the room. It would have been nice if they replaced the water bottles for our 2nd night stay. Overall would recommend to friends and family. "
"The actual hotel and hotel property is nice, the area around Long Island City can be a bit sketchy. Overall our stay was 10/10, the location is super close to Manhattan and other very popular areas. Would recommend to others. "
