"This is a lovely historic hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was fantastic. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Just be aware that the code for entry does not activate until 3pm check in time. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. It looks historic but has all the modern convenience. We felt well taken care of by the staff. The location is close to old town, so no car needed, if one wants to go eat a meal. The two pools are great."
