"This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. "
"Exquisito Hotel! CasaSur está en una de las mejores áreas de Buenos Aires, Recoleta. Vinimos en parejas de matrimonios, de aniversario y de cumpleaños, y ya queremos volver. Este hotel boutique cuenta con un excelente servicio, desde el check in y cada día, todos sus empleados muy respetuosos, amables y atentos, verdaderamente se esmeran en que la pasemos muy bien. Un lindo staff, que desde el front desk, en su comedor, y hasta el servicio en la habitación está lleno de detalles. Inmediatamente se dieron cuenta del cumpleaños y todos celebramos con flores y bizcocho. El hotel esta muy limpio, habitaciones amplias, con wifi y cable TV, baños modernos muy limpios, un sitio tranquilo, bueno para descansar bien toda la noche, con un desayuno completo y delicioso, es seguro y cerca de muchas atracciones con buena comida y buenos vinos. Nos encantó!!!"
