"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate...

"A charming villa which is older style. Very clean and well supplied. Lovely pool. Host was very attentive to requests. 10 minute walk to Es Castell. Car required to access beaches and towns. Remember to pack beach towels as these are required."

"The room and communal areas were very clean and tidy. My room number 9 was ideal for seeing the sun rise over Es Castell. There were two things about this room that could have been improved. The paint on the ceiling was flaking badly and that may put some people off. Also I personally would have liked some draws to put items in such as tshirts, underwear, socks and alike. There was only a small area to hang clothes, with plenty of hangers. The Pardela is located in an ideal position for shops, bars, restaurants and costal walks. If you had any problems or needed to contact the staff they were more than helpful."

"Location of the hotel is superb. Beautiful views. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was enjoyable. We didn't use any of the other facilities - wellness room, gym etc so cannot comment on those. We booked half-board. The evening meals were only OK. Some evenings the choice was mediocre and potato-wise there was little variation over the week with little choice each day. The layout of the buffet was somewhat confusing with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing e.g. there was no butter etc near the area where the bread was at breakfast time and at one of the coffee machines there was no milk or sugar and you had to go through the whole area to get those things. The internal decor (in the corridors) is grey and rather uninspiring and there are few, if any, pictures etc to brighten up corridors or rooms. It felt a little functional in places. We hired a car and found a free parking area about 5 mins walk from the hotel as the parking fees at the hotel were very expensive (more over the week than the car hire!) We'd almost certainly look around at other options before booking at the hotel again."

"A really charming little hotel, right behind the indoor market and an easy stroll to the port. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the phone-based key system, which requires internet access. As an international traveller without local data, it was a real struggle to get into the hotel on arrival at 10pm. Despite requesting out-of-hours instructions days in advance, they only arrived once I had landed in Mahón and no wifi details were included. These really should be provided with the access instructions so guests aren’t reliant on having data at the door. There was also no wifi information in the room once I finally got in. After check-out I left my luggage, but my door access was deactivated by the time I came back and there was no one at reception. It was resolved via WhatsApp, but the access system could be much better communciated and managed."
