"Alyssa who looked after us during our stay was fantastic. She ordered us pizza to our room when a hailstorm made us cancel our dinner plans. She went above and beyond. The hotel is beautiful and clean."

"We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby.
The space is beautifully decorated and in perfect condition, equiped with everything we required. And Elisa was the most wonderful host, very responsive and available for all our questions. She even made us a delicious apple cake and had fresh pasty delivered one morning to the house for breakfast.
Would definitely recommend this accomodation and...

"Great stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight – tasty, varied, and well-served. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

"The property is kept in very good condition. Breakfast is reasonable, but not too many options.
Only issue was the bed, very uncomfortable and this should be improved.
Swimming pool is a nice plus.

"We absolutely loved our stay at Opera Relais de Charme. We were firstly warmly greeted by their friendly staff who assisted us to have a much earlier check in as well as upgraded our room. The room was immaculately prepared and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed were there and more. The bed was super comfortable. A Lavazza coffee machine coffee capsules were provided.
We found out there was going to be a train strike on the day of our departure. The staff were helpful and happy to answer our questions. It was most valuable at a time we were anxious and lost about the situation.
The location is really convenient right at the heart of Verona in the middle of Piazza Bra, Piazza Erbe and Piazza Signori with plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from
We highly recommend Opera Relais de Charme. We will most definitely go back there when we return to Verona.

"The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of everything that we wanted to see. The hotel staff (Giusy was her name if I recall correctly) was very informative and gave us the best restaurant recommendations. The only thing that the hotel was missing was included breakfast. For the price, I think that should have been a given but it was still an Amazing stay in an amazing city! Also, can't forget the young man bartender was so nice and made great drinks. "

"The staff was first class. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartments which is at another site. They transported our bags for us and it was a short 10 minute walk. No problem. The apartment was fantastic. Staff there were also great. Included breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend…"
