"The hotel is truly beautiful, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The Hotel Team were always kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was excellent rich, varied, and delicious. "Very lovely property. Expensive taxis to get to the closest train so a car would have been helpful. Dinner was expensive and mediocre. Too fancy for dinner in Italy! Simple pastas would have been a nice option"

"If you wish for serenity, quietness and great food, this is your place. Only 10 mins drive from Soave and half an hour drive from Verona. Lovely rooms and friendly hosts. "

"Good breakfast. Rooms have been renovated, very sleek and modern.
The only thing that I would add is to have a coffee station in the bedroom or a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby."
"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing.
The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above! "
