"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"

"b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."

"We stayed as a couple at Agriturismo S'Ozzastru for 13 nights, between July & August. This was our first stay in an agriturismo, which is a sort of working holiday farm, where the animals live, but you can’t see them as the land is very big. " The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"The property is in a rural and private location. There is a nice patio with a well maintained pool overlooking a valley and the sea. The views are impressive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Visitors should note that there is no a/c. This is usually fine, we had a few very hot days in August that made the nights uncomfortable. We bought some extra fans and it helped. Out of the owner's control - the road to the villa is unmade, so needs to be navigated carefully. It is a short journey to the sea and there are donkeys to greet in the neighbouring fields. There is a good Agriturismo restaurant in the neighbouring farm."
