"Property is clean, location not bad at all; although from the pictures it looks like it’s at the lake and not really. But you can get to the center in 5 minutes by bus (city bus included)and the bus stop it’s 3 minutes walk, or you can walk look at the city, takes 25 minutes to the piazza. "

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"

"Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. They offer a nice and yummy breakfast. The rooms don't have air conditioner but we opened the balcony and we had a fresh breeze coming in and a nice view. We were looking to the lake and although we have a neighbor windows with smoking people from the neighbors house it was no so bad. "
