"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful château in the countryside of the Loire Valley. The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations.
Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Our host and owner of this magnificant château put on delicious breakfasts every morning and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner one night. Our room was stunning as was the property including a very elegant pool and lovely terrace. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to return one day!"

"What a lovely hotel! We only stopped for one night but could clearly see that this would be a relaxing setting for a longer stay. We particularly appreciated the courtyard area with many tables for enjoying a drink, take-out meal, or board game with a family. There are several restaurants and a grocery store within the immediate vicinity. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast was excellent! "
