This was the perfect place for our out of state family to gather and help celebrate our son’s graduation from UNA. Beautiful home, amazing view and only 10 minutes from campus.

Boys outing for bachelor wedding trip, fishing and kayaking. This place is really great and water front area is just right. Views are nice from living room area. Nothing to complain about.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this property for my daughter's wedding weekend and it was perfect! It was close to the venue and such a beautiful place for her and the bridesmaids to get ready. There was plenty of room for everyone to stay and such a wonderful atmosphere for the occasion.

Wedding / Bridal Place for Hair and Makeup

I rented this property to have all my daughter’s bridesmaid and moms to get their hair and makeup done, plus to have an area to sleep. This house will be rented in the future for a vacation spot that how nice this location is. Absolutely loves using this location.

Beautiful view! Nice bunk room for the kids. Enough room for all 12 of us. I’m not a big fan of the kitchen table but the kitchen was good.

Family time

This is the third time that we have stayed at your property. We’ve always enjoyed our time there and this year spent more time actually on the dock letting the little children fish and they enjoy jumping in the river. The house is always well-maintained and the access to a lot of different activities is very easy and accommodating to all.

Beautiful remodel with great view

We were in the area for a family Thanksgiving so we didn't spend much time at the house; however, it was remodeled and decorated beautifully with a wonderful deck and view of the river. Water pressure in the showers was fairly low for those who that may matter to.

Golfing Gals

The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Location was beautiful, peaceful and close to golf courses. On the “not the best “ side would be the quality of mattresses in the bedrooms other than master. Also the toilet paper was quite thin. We would certainly rent again and bring Charmin.

Fall Break Getaway

Our family group of 10 had an amazing time at this lake house. Two of the boys (9 & 13) spent their time fishing off the pier and caught a huge catfish and bream! Grandad took all the grandkids for boat rides on the Big Mabel, and the water was great! We watched the early morning mist rise off the water, and roasted marshmallows for s'mores on the firepit at night. The weather was perfect, and we even saw a huge, beautiful eagle on the property. The views were spectacular! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

RTJ Golf Weekend

Overall excellent property. Worked out perfectly for the golf foursome to stay and play. House is on the water and only about 7 minutes to the course. Enjoyed seeing all the ducks, pelicans and a short visit by a red fox. Quick drive to many restaurants and shopping for those things we forgot. The only feedback we provided was regarding the grill. It works, but is old and needs some work/replacement on the diffusers. There is only flame on the front quarter of the grilling surface. We will definitely favorite this listening for our next trip.

Fam Vacay

The accomodations were great. Place is beautiful, nice deck overlooking the lake, nice dock area for fishing or swimming from, and had a fire pit we enjoyed for S’mores. I didn’t need to call manager, but he communicated via text I sent . The a/c made a noise when it came on. Might need to check on it. It was a wonderful Place to relax. We will definitely consider it again.
