"I had a lovely stay at Muscat Plaza. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated the warm treatment throughout my visit. However, upon arrival, there was an issue with my booking not being found, which led to some uncomfortable calls asking about extending my stay. While the staff was courteous in handling the situation, it did cause a bit of discomfort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and believe that with some improved organization, it could be an even better experience."

"My first ever visit to Muscat. I liked the hotel, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to the Royal Suite - which was SUPERB! Located in the City, many malls are nearby. There's a car rental desk in the lobby with availability of cars on site - which was a major Plus! Breakfast food was average."

"I spend 5 nights. The pool is very well heated, large and very clean with good views. The room have a full kitchenette with large frig, microwave and ceramic range. They provide coffee, herbal tea, green tea, Ceylan tea. There is a very nice supermarquet for food in the ground floor. You also have easy access to a food court and many restaurants. In my opinion the best restaurants are outside around the Panorama Mall. In the room there is also a washing/Drying machine and they provide the soap ( use a little bit it is a small machine). It is a luxurius well build hotel. There are other services like a spa and a gymn but I did not used them. Many services around the mall. 2 Bank ATM in the Mall. Ask for a room on a sunny side, with balcony if possible. Central location for many touristic sites. I use the bus system and the main bus lines are at few minutes walk from hotel. 100% for the personnel. "

"Great hotel, convenient located in front of two malls and easy access to main Muscat attractions. Room was comfortable and clean, they gave us a free bottle of water every day. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options, both Arabian and western dishes. I love the egg station and their coffee was also very tasty. Rooftop view is nice and there is a bar and pool. There is plenty of free parking available."
