Whether for a romantic getaway or a longer stay, our air-conditioned Barrel will offer you an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries and reconnect with nature, nestled in an 11 ha property, in the heart of the vineyards of St Chinian at the gates of the Haut Languedoc Natural Park.

The Tonneau Barrel is located in the heart of nature in a pretty property of 11 ha where we are the only ones to live, here we still have the chance to observe, to hear the song of the birds.
The property is composed of a main house, that of the owner and two other accommodations, the Cabane Le Nid Douillet and a Gîte l'Oustal. 5 minutes from all amenities of the village of Murviel les Béziers.

This place exudes a feeling of tranquility, calm...

The Tonneau hidden under the oaks providing shade and coolness with a view of the meadow is composed of:

A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, coffee maker & electric kettle.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, towel dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper.

Bedroom: double bed 140x200 (new bedding), storage and wardrobe.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your convenience.

Outside: a private wooden terrace equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, gas barbecue/plancha and sunbeds.

The swimming pool (10.40mx4.80m depth 1.50m) is not heated but facing south; it is open from May to October depending on the temperatures. It is freely accessible from 9am to 9pm.

Catering service offered at an additional cost to be booked before your arrival or during your stay:

Breakfast basket 10€ per person.

Table d'hôte, starter, main course, dessert, wine included, 25€ per person only in the evening, served on the terrace.

Meal tray, starter, main course, dessert, a glass of wine included, 15€ per person.

The cuisine is homemade (e.g. yoghurt, jam, main course, dessert, pastry) in summer you will find our vegetables from the vegetable garden on your plates.

To reach Le Barrel, cross Murviel les Béziers and take the direction of Causses and Veyran (D 19), continue for 3 km and arrive at a narrow stone bridge with alternating traffic (signs).

Cross the bridge and immediately turn left onto the concrete path that descends to the gate at the entrance to the Intercom property located to the left of the gate.
