About this property

Farmhouse with pool and all mod cons in large piece of land, quiet

  • Mas provencal, a lot of character, in the heart of the Luberon, 5 min from Gordes, near Avignon, peaceful area, private swimming pool heated from May to the end of September (10 by 5.5 m, secure cover), large wooded grounds (5600 m2), petanque court, volleyball net, badminton, covered terrace, very sunny ground with shady areas, grocery store nearby, large surfaces 15 min away. In the region: tennis, horse riding, canoeing, accro branches, walks and many sites to visit nearby (Roussillon, Avignon, Senanque Abbey...).

    You will find on the spot in a logbook a certain amount of information about the house (instructions for use), visits, walks in the region, restaurant and all useful addresses (doctors, etc.).

    Please note that sheets are extra outside July and August (15 Euros per person) as well as bath towels (5 Euros per person) these amounts cover the cleaning costs.

    A deposit of 700 euros will be given directly to the owner or his representative for the handing over of the keys.
