Ocean front in north Garden City Beach, South Carolina ~ Portofino IV. A private home community of 12 houses with an ocean front pool, landscaped grounds and some of the best views on the east coast. 2006 North Waccamaw Drive has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and accommodates 14 with 2 king beds, 3 queens, 2 sets of bunks and a sofa bed. New bedding, fixtures, furniture, paint, decor and the list goes on! For added convenience, there's an electric vehicle charger! Covered porch, sundeck and dune walkover makes enjoying and accessing the beach a breeze. Updated kitchen with stainless appliances allow for easy meal prep. Once you vacation at this great beach house, you'll want to reserve it for another stay. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Ocean front complex of 12 homes with common grounds and community pool. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to October 1.
