The host was very nice and he did reply quickly with any questions, however, when we arrived on time the cleaning crew was still there and we had to wait over a half an hour of time we paid to rent, did explain and apologize for the inconvience due to the last people checking out late. Which was fine, but I did pay for that time and we left before the due check out.There was no paper towels or toilet paper, no dish soap, we had to make a run and buy the supplies including towels, left 1 small towel per person, when I tried to wash the power outlets were out, it was explained that it had to be worked on, our sheets were not clean or changed from the cleaning crew, was trying to wash those too, had to keep going outside to flip the power switch to wash and dry the hosts supplies, that was not cool!No broom left, but did find a vaccuum to do the floors, no dishtowels, the BBQ that we planned to use for the 4th weekend and was listed as part of the rental, had no gas in the tank and was absolutley filthy. we tried to use the pool table also listed, but balls were stuck inside the table and would not come out. On 2nd day, started to notice bugs and palmettos inside, so I think an exterminator is needed. The pool was nice, but not sure if there was heater in there, because it was like 90' degrees so was not very refreshing.I have never made any negative reviews before, but for the price we paid, I was most definitely disappointed with this rental.
