You will be sure to find all the comforts of home in this newly furnished and decorated unit. Unit 303 features complimentary WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two wall air conditioners, and a private balcony. Price, value, comfort, and location, makes Guest House 303 the perfect vacation spot!

Garden City Guest House is located 0.1 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three story complex is located one block from the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of being centrally located to several activities and eateries without having to get in the car and drive. Take a short walk over to Atlantic Avenue and you will find world-famous Sam's Corner for a hot dog, a two-story arcade, ice cream shop, pizzeria, shops, and much more! For your convenience, Guest House has an elevator. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor pool or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Grab your beach chairs and go for a short walk to the beach and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the pier. Coin laundry on site. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Just what we were looking for.

Only a couple minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, the pier, arcades, and the local grocery store. We didnt have a car for our 3 night stay and never missed it. Uber and lyft are very reasonable to get around, including to and from the airport. Once you’re there, you don’t have to go very far to enjoy your stay.
