This location was perfect for the event we attended. Our friends live across the street & we just got lucky with that part. Unfortunately, the high tide & full moon were pests!! The neighbors in the building were so kind to help us with the back gate code & information about some of the bridges being closed. The live music venue was fun to watch & listen to but you might want to give people a heads up about that. We enjoyed it. Short walk to the beach & other places. Very convenient!!
