    to One Ocean Place, a premier beachfront 12-story complex with garage parking, elevators & 24-hr security.

    This 11th floor refurbished corner condo offers endless views of the sea. Sun & moonrises greet you from the master bedroom & the living room sleeper. Retreat to the spacious wrap balcony where dolphins can be spotted on the horizon, where you can enjoy the waves breaking as pelicans pass at arm's length.

    Spectacular sunsets can also be viewed from the front balcony. This 3BR apartment is air~conditioned & completely non-smoking.

    Oceanfront Recreational Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor jacuzzis, & sundecks furnished with lounge chairs.

    One Ocean Place offers direct access to the soft sands of Garden City Beach. Chair/Umbrella rentals & lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

    We issue 2 parking passes per rental. Parking decks are both covered & uncovered.

We loved the location of this unit. Kitchen was well stocked other than coffee pot was a little tricky to figure out, but found Manuel in drawer. Lots of seating in condo and large balcony with seating. We spent most of our time on balcony. Planning to stay here again.

The location, parking, size of condo and exterior area are very nice. The only negative is the bedding. The beds and pillows need to be updated. They are squeaky and lumpy. Our Aunt had to sleep on the couch because the twin bed was so uncomfortable.

Perfect location for an Asheville getaway weekend. Whoever came up with the design for this development truly thought through all the things you need for a great stay in Asheville - 4 king bedrooms each with a bathroom, comfortable and well-appointed common areas and a private hot tub. The property is located in a wonderful development only 12 minutes to Biltmore or downtown Asheville and a very easy drive. A large YMCA and restaurant are only minutes away. It's a very safe neighborhood and well maintained. I have stayed here before and this is my go-to place to stay when in Asheville.
