  • There are only 99 steps between this vacation home and the white sand of Garden City Beach. Everything is brand new, including your private pool! Spend your days on the beach and evenings cooling off in your back yard. 99 Steps will comfortably accommodate 16 guests in 5 bedrooms. On the main level you will find the kitchen and living area, along with 3 bedrooms. The second level has 2 bedrooms, and an extra lounging area for the kids. Step out onto your street side porch, feel the ocean breeze, smell the salt in the air, and catch a view of the Atlantic Ocean!
