Best Quiet Fishing Retreat EVER!
Pictures are accurate… but do not provide all the information necessary to fully evaluate this vacation home. So let’s begin:
- location is perfect for trout fishing and amateur fly fishing. I have always liked the idea of waking up with a good cup of coffee and casting from the deck. You can do that here. There are a couple of holes within easy reach with waders. Of course, experienced fly fishers have the entire area to explore. Fish everywhere.
- every aspect of this home demonstrates the clear attention to detail and quality craftsmanship throughout. We felt like packing everything up and taking it home lol. A LOT of love went into this property.
- the owner is responsive and attentive.
- Top 5 things that caught our attention:
1. Master bathroom is the best I have ever seen. Like showering in a rain forrest. The mirrors are heated. Wow.
2. The great room provides easy access to the entire home, and there are ample places for privacy and relaxation throughout.
3. The three decks are divided… one for BBQ (three pitmaster quality grills), a superb screened in porch, and a deck for the master suite.
4. The kitchen is well appointed with everything that is needed to cook at a gourmet level. The coffee bar is supports your favorite percolated coffee or Keurig.
5. We did not see or hear another human being. But we did see fox, many deer, unbelievable bird life, and the fish we caught lol.
Only minor issue: narrow gravel roads to get there.
