Adorable 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom log cabin offering park like setting with fenced in yard, great for the kids or the dog. Easy access with parking just off the state paved road. Step inside and find a spacious great room with stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, hand-made dining room table & full kitchen. Down the hall is the full bathroom and the two bedrooms - each with a Queen bed. Outside covered porch offers a hot tub and gas grill. Grumpy Bear Cabin will become your go to vacation spot for rest and relaxation.

Cleanliness poor. Mgmt failure to oversee property.

Grumpy Bear could be a comfortable property. Pet friendly, with fenced areas. Kitchen and bathroom filthy. Failure to properly clean and maintain these areas over an extended period was obvious. I was compelled to clean both, prior to using. Wearing shoes in the shower... Property mgmt was friendly, offered both refund in cleaning fee and a slight reduction in fees, as well as a refund in cleaning items needed. That said, they never reimbursed my cleaning material fees. Shame on you Mountain Realty!!! Might I add...the washing machine smelled like cat pee. I scrubbed the machine, added washer cleaning powders. It smells better, but...still smells a bit like a cat box. The dryer vent is a fire hazard. Filthy and clogged. Good luck. This could be a comfortable rental. Not for me...highly disappointed.

Yes the hot tub was great and the cabin was very comfortable. The host were very accommodating. The yard was fenced which made it great for kids or dogs. It was very little traffic on the road.
